Connie Smith’s passion for people and horses lead her to Chris Irwin’s EAPD Certification Program in 2007. Since then, Connie has had the opportunity to travel and further these skills, incorporating them into her own everyday life and interactions with horses and people. Previous to becoming a part of Horsepower Productions, Connie managed boarding, breeding, training and show barns for twelve years. Throughout those years she gained extensive knowledge of horses and people, a high standard of customer service and a strong understanding of Chris’ methodologies.
Connie is readily available to answer any questions you may have regarding Horsepower Productions and its’ events and services and looks forward to assisting you and your equine companion on your journey towards making your “SHIFT HAPPEN”!

Tom and Monica Shields currently hale from Dunnville, Ontario. Tom has spent the past 22 years as a kitchen installation specialist and Monica is a Registered Massage Therapist. Tom has been training horses and people using Chris' approach for the past several years. His love for teaching and mentoring as well as his abilities as a carpenter have found a beautiful connection with Riversong Ranch. Monica brings to Riversong a special gift for therapeutic massage and a love for farming and the outdoors. Both are involved in bringing the vision of Riversong Ranch to a wonderful reality

As webmaster, Pamela keeps our site updated, but she also produces Chris Irwin video for distribution, provides marketing consultation, and graphic design of promotional materials. President of EMG Productions, Pamela is also host of the popular outdoor cooking show, Campfire Cafe, airing weekly on RFD-TV on DISH and DirecTV satellite. Pamela has worked in the equine industry since 1996, having been instrumental in the successful career development of some well-known clinicians…but we don't hold that against her : ) Any of our trainers, students or acquaintances needing website, marketing or video production services are encouraged to contact EMG. Pamela and husband Bob maintain a full production studio and have produced six national television series for RFD-TV and PBS, as well as over 150 websites and 500 training and promotional videos. They live in Southeast Missouri with their three dogs, three cats, and four horses.
