This year Chris is limiting the number of participants to 9 (instead of 12) to ensure personal attention to each participant and their horse is achieved.  Registrations will be confirmed  on a first come, first serve basis as to deposits received.  Fee for participants is $550 for the two full weekend days, to be paid in full or with a $200 deposit to secure your space, and the final balance upon completion of the clinic.   6% GST will be added to Canadian clinics – no taxes apply to clinics held in the United States or Europe.  Online secure PayPal payment or personal cheque is accepted, with cheques made payable to:  HORSEPOWER PRODUCTIONS, P.O. Your clinic fee does not include overnight stabling of your horse.  Stabling fees are established separately by the host facility.  Please contact the facility directly to secure your stalling space for the clinic, should you require it.  Weekend clinic hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.   All disciplines of both Western and English riding are welcome. 

Horse experience of all levels as well as all breeds, ages and genders of horse are allowed, although clinics are not intended for a “first ride, however a weekend of solid groundwork with green/young horses will prove extremely beneficial on all levels for preparing them for a future partnership with a rider.  Participants will be grouped with 2 or 3 maximum other participants of similar experiential level and issues desiring resolution, and will receive 2 1/2 -plus hours per day of session time with Chris, which may include round-pen work, ground work (in-hand,  lunge line, long lines) and, if desired, work under saddle.  Participants are asked to bring halter and lead rope (without a chain), cotton (rather than nylon) lunge line, lunge whip, dressage or short whip or crop, protective boots for their horse (if they use them) and, if they plan to ride, all tack including a full cheek or D-ring snaffle bit.  Helmets are required. 

Spectators are welcome for a fee of $25 per day payable at the door.  Food and beverage concession will be available on site.

Cancellation Policy: For those individuals cancelling a registration, the deposit, less 10% handling fee, may either be refunded or held for a future event, but only should a replacement be found for the space being released. Once you are notified that your space has been filled, and you elect to either accept a refund or state a request to have your deposit held for the future, you will be sent a receipt confirming this information. Please keep the notification in your files as it will be required for verification of applicability towards a future event registration. Such event must be within one calendar year from the date the deposit was originally taken.
